Included services and conditions

  • Prices
    All prices are in EURO per week. The price includes bed linen, bath and hand towels, internet access, final cleaning; including free entrance to the public indoor and outdoor swimming pool Mar Dolomit.
  • Val Gardena Mobilcard
    Hikers can leave their car comfortably in the garage and still reach the lifts easily and conveniently. The Val Gardena Mobilcard is free of charge and allows to use all local busses and trains.
  • Local tourism tax
    As of 1st January 2018, all South Tyrolean accommodation establishments charge a local tourism tax – children under 14 are exempt. The tax of 1,75 Euro per person/day is not included in the price.
  • Booking confirmation
    The booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded
  • Cancellations
    Cancellations made up to 2 months prior to arrival may be cancelled without penalty. After that the total amount will be charged (100%). We recommend that you take out the travel insurance immediately after booking your stay. Thus, the cancellation charges can be covered and you can look forward to an untroubled vacation.
  • Check-in
    Arrival and departure: check-in after 3 pm, check-out within 10.00 am.
  • Pets
    We ask for your understanding that you can not bring your pet in our Apartments.
  • Internet
    In all apartments you can surf wireless ... of course for free! 
  • Cot and child seatz
    Cot and child seat are provided on request free of charge.
  • Washing machine
    Use of the laundry room with washing machine
  • Val Gardena Super Première
    Great offers from November, 27th until December, 19rd 2020
    4 overnight stays, 4 day ski pass and ski equipment hire and you only pay for 3 days!
  • Val Gardena Super Sun
    From 20.03.2021 for a stay of minimum 6 days, you will get 1 day free (6+1)
